Training Programs
At MAO Football Academy, football is one of the pathways we use to empower children and young people from refugee and host communities.
Through structured training, coaching, matches and competitions, players develop their talents, build confidence and learn valuable life skills while exploring opportunities to grow both on and off the pitch.

01
Inclusive Football & Community Engagement
MAO Football Academy brings refugee and Ugandan children together through football, building friendships, teamwork and mutual respect. Through training, matches and community activities, we promote social inclusion, peaceful coexistence and a sense of belonging for every player.

Life Skills, Leadership & Personal Development
MAO Football Academy uses football to help young people develop essential life skills, including leadership, teamwork, discipline and communication. Through training and team activities, players build confidence, practise fair play and learn to make responsible decisions at home, in school and in their communities.
